Mike performed a maintenance check to make sure my water softening system was working optimally. He tested the system, which was in good shape and explained how to best keep it up.
This review is a couple months late but our system that was installed by Salty Softeners has been serving us well. It is easy to maintain and any questions we had were answered promptly. We really appreciated the services and how trustworthy the experience was. Thanks again!
We had such a great experience with this Salty Softners! MJ was extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. He explained everything clearly, troubleshot the problem, got right to work, and had the job done in no time. It’s rare to find someone who works this quickly without cutting corners, but everything was done perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable plumbing service!
Mike educated me on my water softener and made some adjustments so everything is running properly. After all of it he didn’t try to sell me a new water softener, he just said call if you need anything else. I’ll definitely be going to Salty Softeners when needing a new water softener. Great service and would highly recommend!

MJ was great to work with! Answered all my questions and was very thorough in explaining how it works. His prices are fair, he’s honest and doesn’t try and sell you anything you don’t need. He communicated well, and made sure to update us along the way. If you’re in need of a water softener, I’d definitely recommend Salty Softeners!
